How do I create a property profile?
Open your dashboard, choose New property profile and fill in the address. From there you can add photos, documents and notes, and the profile is ready to share with the people you work with.
Can I work on a property together with someone else?
Yes. Invite anyone who is involved in the deal and they see the same up-to-date profile, including the budget sheet and the notes attached to it.
Which subscription is right for me?
The plans differ mainly in how many property profiles and uploads you need. You can compare them on the Subscriptions page and move to another plan whenever your needs change.
How is the budget sheet calculated?
Purchase costs, renovation work, taxes and fees are added up while you type, so the total updates as soon as you change a line and you can see what a decision costs straight away.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
You can switch plans or cancel from your account settings. Your property profiles stay available for the rest of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays yours and is only used to run the service. The details are set out in our privacy statement.
